Workflow
Single row horizontal horizontal lying position feeding -- feeding -- conveying -- synchronous top belt clamping --2 labels are pasted to both sides of the surface/lower position (half upright suspended) -- double side caress mark -- both sides to the top/bottom side corner caress mark -- single row horizontal lying position discharging
The boxes are arranged horizontally. Before labeling, the spacing required for labeling and caressing is separated by the feeding wheel, and then it is clamped by the main conveyor belt and synchronous top belt. When arriving at the labelling station, trigger the measuring electric eye and trigger the labelling head to attach the label to the end face (side) of the box. Then, under the clamping operation of the top belt and the main conveyor belt, the two suspended parts of the label are respectively pressed to the top and bottom of the box through the corner caressing the label.
It can realize 3 sides sealing on one side of the packing box and diagonal sealing on both sides.
The labeling head adopxs our high-precision and large-capacity labeling head, which is driven and controlled by servo motor, and can obtain ±1mm stop labeling accuracy and stable linear speed of 100m/min. The label coil (rewinding) capacity is
800m.
The whole machine is controlled by PLC, the Chinese interface touch screen operation interface, all the electronic control parameters, operation parameters, status, count can be set on the touch screen and right storage of more than 50 groups of formula, formula parameters can be directly called.
When changing labels of different lengths, there is no need to adjust the position of the electric eye of the label. It is only necessary to set or call the corresponding stop position on the touch screen.
Backing paper:
Self-adhesive label parameters 62g white Glassine base paper is required. The paper is compact and has good internal strength and transmittance, firm and not easy to be used by Tear. Excellent die cutting performance

Adopted 5 phase stepping motor as the main labeling motor. Main difference between 2 phase and 5 phase and miocro stepping motor is the resolution of the the driver, 2 phase stepping motor has 400cells/circle,5 phase stepping motor has 1000 cells/circle.
It shows that the micro stepping motor performs best,speed up and down time is short,low dynamic inertia,suitable for labeling driving,high precision.
