*Customer (or integrator) 1. Ensure that the weighing equipment is on a stable ground or platform and is not affected by external factors such as wind (less than level 2) and vibration. 2. Make sure that the object to be measured is above the belt and passes through the weighing equipment, and does not interfere with the outer guard plate or other peripheral equipment when passing through. 3. Ensure that the width of the incoming material is no more than 340mm on the scale platform and the scale is placed on the scale in the regular direction; the distance between products is greater than 400mm; 4. It is necessary to ensure that the front and rear conveyor lines are at the same height as the dynamic scale. The front end of the scale can be allowed to be 0-2mm higher than the dynamic scale, and the rear end can be allowed to be 0-2mm lower than the dynamic scale, ensure that the front and rear belt speeds are consistent with the dynamic scale, and the allowable speed difference range is no more than /-2%. |
